Body

Adaptive Pilates, led by a certified pilates instructor, is designed to enhance your core stability, strength, trunk mobility, stability and posture. Adaptive Pilates will help participants:

  • Get off the floor more easily
  • Walk more steadily with improved posture
  • Improve balance and reduce fall risk
  • Roll over and sit up
  • Rise from a chair or bed

Adaptive Pilates is ideal for older adults, individuals with neurological conditions including 笔补谤办颈苍蝉辞苍’蝉, stroke, multiple sclerosis and those with spinal cord injuries. Suitable for individuals who can transfer from standing to the floor with minimal assistance (using a chair if needed), the class features modifications to accommodate various abilities, ensuring a safe and effective experience for all participants.

Cost

Body

Group classes: $110 for an 11-week session package or $15 per individual class.

Private sessions: We also offer private sessions for adaptive mat pilates and reformer pilates, tailored to your needs and goals. Private sessions are $550 for a package of 10 sessions or $60 per individual 45-minute session. 

For both group classes and private sessions, there is a $45 orientation fee for new members. All new members will receive an evaluation.
